A winter’s night with the moon reflecting on the snow, a moment awake in a quiet house while others sleep, a stroll down a gravel lane at dusk. Where do you find solace? In what moments do you welcome silence?
Show us your visuals of a momentary pause. The places and things that make you feel grounded and where your mind reaches when you’re stressed or grieving or weary. Is it within your home? In the vastness of wilderness areas? Or found in the delicacy of a flower? There are many ways we seek, and find, solace.
Silence has a way of giving us relief. In this day of rapid fire imagery and political chaos, let’s all still our minds and with this showing of personal pictures, give ourselves a moment of solace within the silence.
LightBox Members submit at no cost.
