The images of this series, Echoes of the Future, explore the connection of beauty and illusion and contemplate the emotions of loss and hope. With this series I am investigating how the fine line between past, present and future often blurs. Through my camera lens, I often seek meaning, rather than clarity. I am starting to discover clues of what is to come. I have used all types of camera from an early Polaroid and Pentax to Digital and to the latest iPhone. I have found that the IPhone allows me to uniquely bring an aesthetic formed in the past to modern digital images. These images are taken and edited on the iPhone. I individually print each one on heavy weight, fine-art paper using high quality printer with archival inks.
